Blockbuster’s Online Focus is Killing its Competitive Advantage

Cruise tells how Blockbuster could be in danger, and how they may have to change things up a bit to maintain their competitive advantage. A solution that he puts on the table is to reduce the size of the Blockbuster stores and in doing so, reduce the number of on-shelf movies, making the less popular movies only available through the on-line Total Access service.
